Senior Product Designer

At Syngenta, I led the design of Seed Selector — a web and mobile platform used by sales reps across EMEA to create personalized seed recommendations for growers. The challenge was turning outdated tools into a seamless experience that supports day-to-day field operations. I also worked on integrating Product Analyzer, an old comparison tool, into the new platform to streamline the decision-making flow.
-> Led end-to-end design workflows, from research to delivery.
-> Collaborated with global teams to align business, tech, and UX.
-> Helped drive €1.3M in attributed value by December 2024.
-> Platform adoption reached 275,000+ hectares across the region.

We split the business into two clear verticals — Talent and Labs — and redesigned the website and design system to support that clarity. The result: faster updates, better lead conversion, and stronger visual consistency.
